GPH HIGH-PRECISION COIL ROD MIXER

GPH series mixer comprise of three parts including mixing drum, mixing screw and flying cutter group. The central screw rotates around and the flying cutter on the side of drum crushes the condensed material by high speed rotation. This kind of mixer is suitable for the mix of special fine material or the addition of granule material, the mix of liquid and half-liquid material such as high uniform fine powder and oil paint and machining processes including pressurization, vacuum reconciliation, reaction and bond.

Product Description

A、Agitating Parts
The main agitating part is vertical spiral belt; Quick-open big door on the side makes the clean work easy and effective.

B、Driving Mode
The top of the mixer is deployed with driving parts and feed inlet, and the driving form usually adopts motor directly connecting with gear reducer.

C、Pneumatic Discharging
Pneumatic outlet laid on the bottom of drum ensures cleanly and quickly discharging materials with little residue.

D、Assisting Mix
The flying cutter laid on the side of drum connecting with motor directly plays a role of assisting mix and diffusing the agglomerate materials.

E、Spray pipe
The spray pipe through the principal axis of reducer penetrates straightly into the center of agitating axis. The drawing shows the rotation joint of inputting liquid.

F、Spray Effect
The spray pipe connected from the hollow principal axis rotates with the principal axis, which maks the spray effect of atomized spray nozzles better.
